Iran Press/ Iran news: According to the Seismological Center of the Geophysics Institute of Tehran University, the earthquake occurred at 7:06 pm local time and a depth of 9 km underground around Abdanan city in the province of Ilam.
No report has so far been released on the likely casualties or damage to the property.
